Strength in Solidarity: Climate and Food Resilience

Hosted in partnership with WRDA, please join us for an informative evening to hear from experts and activists who are on the front line of the impacts on our planet from climate change. . How can we build a urban growing infrastructure to best ensure we have food resilience? The panel discussion will be followed with questions and answers from our audience.

The Climate is changing, why aren’t we? Its clear that the climate is changing and this is already affecting our food production here but right across the globe and we need to explore how we can adapt. What is our government doing to ensure we have food resilience? Northern Ireland sure does produce a lot of food but a lot is exported, are we growing the right crops for the future? Lots of questions and we do have some of the answers because as always it is the people who are most affected who have the solutions, we just need the decision makers to pay attention.
